I'm in my early twenties and have always been very self conscious about my breasts. Their shape and position on my chest just seem odd to me and the areolas are very big. After some research I found out that it might be a tubular breast and like to know if that's the case.

The photograph demonstrates slight constriction of the breast. If breast augmentation is desired sub glandular placement of the prosthesis and release of the base of the breast which allows the breast to some the diameter of the implant will nicely correct the situation.

There are procedures you can consider to change them more towards what you may desire but this would come at costs, risks, the acceptance of scars, and the potential diminishment of your ability to breast feed.  Life is about living so choose what is best for you.

You do not have tubular breasts.  You do have widened areolar areas.  A tubular breast has a very small base diameter and very large  areolar area.  If you wish to have an improvement of your breast then  you would be a good candidate a breast augmentation.

Based on your photographs it does not appear that you suffer from tubular breasts.  It appears that you have some degree of droop or "breast ptosis".  A snoopy breast occurs after breast augmentation when most of the implant is positioned superiorly.You should experience a nice outcome with a properly performed breast lift and possible augmentation.

Judging from your photo, you definitely have some breast ptosis (sagging), but I would not call that a tubular deformity.  I think that your issues could be easily addressed with a simple breast lift +/- augmentation.  A formal exam would make it easier to make appropriate recommendations, however.

You simply have breast ptosis or sagging of the breast.  Fortunately you do not have tuberous breasts.
