No, you are just saggy. You would have a very nice correction with a simple lift.  Adding an implant to this could give you a more youthful, perky breast!

The photograph demonstrates slight constriction of the breast. If breast augmentation is desired sub glandular placement of the prosthesis and release of the base of the breast which allows the breast to some the diameter of the implant will nicely correct the situation.

You do not have tubular breasts.  You do have widened areolar areas.  A tubular breast has a very small base diameter and very large  areolar area.  If you wish to have an improvement of your breast then  you would be a good candidate a breast augmentation.
