Im looking for a smaller waist. my waist is currently 27.5 inch and I want a waist that's around 24 inches. Is this possible with liposuction ? I'm a petite girl so some doctors say they won't but my waist has always been so wide I would love to just get down to that size.

Based on your pictures, I do not believe that you will lose 3 inches of waist line. However it is possible to sculpt your waist/flanks in order to provide a curvier silhouette. Sometimes this can be combined with a small or modest BBL to get a powerful result.
