Am I bottoming out? I've already had 2 revisions, what now? (Photo)

I had 425 cc mentor silicone implants placed in 2019 with lift. They bottomed out within 6 mths so when I had a revision , we placed mesh inside. They bottomed out again. For the next revision, the surgeon switched to textured implants. I am worried they are dropping again. I have pain at the bottom of the breast and significant stretch marks on the top from the pulling weight. My nipples keep stretching as well. What would you recommend? Submuscular placement currently.
