Breast implant 330cc asymmetrical and sagging - what can I do to fix this? (Photo)

This is an unfortunate outcome of poor incision planning and potentially also poor surgical technique. Your left implant has "bottomed out" due to potentially secondary from poor support of your tissues at the inframammary fold at the time of the original surgery. This can also happen secondary to poor incision planning without anticipating the final position of the breast fold based on the dimensions of the implant that was placed. You will need a revision with some type of support system including suturing and a scaffold system to support that "bottom out tissue". I would recommend seeing a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with aesthetic surgery training and experience to tackle this type of problem in a safe and efficient manner.
