I'm very self conscious about the oblong shape of my face and I am looking for a procedure that would make my face more heart shaped and overall more aesthetically appealing. I have a protruding chin -I've looked into chin shaving- but my forehead bothers me a bit more. I wear extensions that pull my hair very tightly and I often wear very tight braids will that effect the results of the surgery? I'm not looking to stop wearing my extensions so should I look for other alternatives? Thanks!
