Of course a full consult is needed to achieve one's optimal results, but if you want an enlarged breast that has a natural shape, soft feeling, and with the lowest evidence of deflation and contracture, it would be specifically a Sientra shaped round base highly cohesive gel implant or gummy bear. Hands down in my opinion the best implant on the market today! With experience as an investigator for the 410 and seen, used, others and placed over 600 gummy bear implants, this is my opinion. I hope this helps you.
I think you would do fine with either implant, it is important that your surgeon has experience with the gummy bear style implant though. Additionally, you have some ptosis of your breasts and nipples so an important issue to address is the need for a vertical mastopexy (lollipop lift); either when the implant is placed, or delayed if you desire.
Thank you for your interesting enquiry, I think itmay be worth you considering a breast uplift procedure.Your nipples are in a slightly low position andthey may benefit from a breast uplift in addition to your implants. The problem with implants alone is that they makethe breast larger but do not significantly affect the nipple position. For more information about this it might beworthwhile having a look on the internet for more information on the pros andcons of breast uplifts as opposed to implants alone.I hope this information is helpful and best of luckif you do decide to go ahead with surgery. Best wishes.
Thank you for the question and pictures. It would be wise for you to discuss the possibility of breast lifting at the time of breast augmentation surgery. When it comes to the best breast operation and/or best breast implant to achieve your goals, nothing will replace in-person consultation. Ultimately, careful communication of your goals, careful measurements (dimensional planning), careful selection of appropriate breast implants and skillful execution of the procedure will be important steps in achieving your goals. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or “C or D cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. The use of computer imaging technology may also be helpful to patients; this technology allows patients to visualize what their breasts may look like with different sizes/profiles of breast implants. I have found this modality to be a nice addition to the communication “tools” available.3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.I hope this (and the attached link) help.
Over the internet is the last place to make these decisions. Seek more in person consults.. I prefer the UHP mentor silicones. unders...
Actually you have other issues that need to be taken into consideration in that the position of you nipple on each breast is at the lower visible border , essentially, the apex, of each breast. I think it is highly unlikely you will get a favorable result with an augmentation alone ,especially with an implant in the low 300's in terms of volume regardless of the shape of the implant. You would need a much larger implant to get a significant degree of lift of your nipple. The more volume you place the more the lift, and likewise a certain amount of volume loss with a low nipple requires a certain amount of volume replacement just to bring the nipple up . The less volume that is used the higher the need of skin excision and this a breast lift . I would recommend you seek some more opinions.
All options for sizes, shapes and placement of implants are valid choices. My personal recommendation based on your photos will be sub glandular, moderate plus or equavalent smooth silicone gel implant. 325 cc or 350 cc will serve your purpose well. I will not recommend gummy bear variation.
From my opinion, either will do just fine on you. They are both considered the Gummy Bear Implants.
He really do need a formal in person consultation to give you proper advice. The first thing I notice on your photographs is that your nipples are low on the chest which is called ptosis. In my opinion you will need a breast lift in addition to breast augmentation to achieve a nice result.Either the gummy bear or the moderate profile plus smooth cohesive gel implant will be fine for you.Be aware however that if you choose a textured breast implant the result may be a more firm implant.

Thank you for your breast implant question. This is a scary decision but you are right to re-think before surgery,You are slim, not very tall, have little breast tissue and your skin may be a little tight.A 500 cc HP implant will not look like your wish pics and will be too big.Revisit your...
