I was just wondering what Plastic Surgeons in the United States are comfortable doing XL breast implants meaning 1000cc plus, any recommendations and links to galleries would be appreciated.

What can be accomplished will depend on the specific patient's body type and safety concerns (avoidance of complications). There is no specific directory that will point you to surgeons with experience performing “extra-large best augmentation”.It will be up to you to do your due diligence in the process of plastic surgeon selection. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.
You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. These risks include a greater risk of nerve injury resulting in numbness or pain, a greater risk of rippling or palpability of the implants and a greater risk of malposition or bottoming out of the implants. That being said, a 1000 cc implant is in my view beyond XL. Typically the very large implants I will use on occasion are in the 600-750 cc range, and only in women whose body shape and breast measurements can accommodate them. Answer: XL Implants I personally don't have a problem with placing large implants.Mentor's largest implant is 960 cc for saline implants, and Imamed's are about the same.sek

Answer: Who does XL breast implants? I specialize in XL breast implants. I have been doing these for many years now and took over from Dr. Baeke from Kansas when he retired. I have been fortunate to have an arrangement with several reputable breast implant manufacturers who provide me with silicone gel implants over 1000cc. Implanting these is still not possible in the USA but I operate also in Italy as well as the Caribbean where this is possible. I do need to see patients before scheduling them and for an evaluation and I can do this either in person at my offices in Newport Beach, Miami or San Francisco or via Facetime or Skype. These are complimentary consultations. Please inquire to schedule. I also am able to obtain large shelled breast expanders for implantation in the US.
