Dr Song took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them in a kind and professional manner. I could not be happier with my results three months after surgery. I would not hesitate recommending Dr Song to a friend. His staff is caring, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and confident being a patient in the practice.
Dr Kyle Song and his staff are awesome! Needed my silicone implants replaced in 2021 due to them being 10+ years old, and I'd developed a weird boxy deformity on one side. Plus I wanted to go bigger. From start to finish, everything was great. Dr Song is so cool and personable, every member of his team was so nice and efficient. The nurse during the surgery(so sorry that I forgot her name!) was so incredibly kind and comforting. I know, I know: I hate reviews without pictures as much as you do. But I'm not comfortable posting my boobs online. But take my word for it: my boobs look AMAZING and I'm so grateful.
I am only 3 weeks post op but I am already so satisfied with my results! This was my 3rd consultation in about 2 years and I saw nurse Natalia for my consult and she answered all my questions! I booked it that day because the office staff was so great and I felt immediately comfortable. I had also had a friend who got her breast aug done with Dr. Song and her results were spectacular. I got 385 and 355 under the muscle and my recovery was a breeze. I had literally no bruising and very very minimal swelling. I was off my pain meds within 48 hours. I was expecting a much worse recovery but I am now 3 weeks post op and I’m feeling almost 100%. My boobs looks amazing already and I am so happy with the implants he chose for me. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. I have already recommended him to 2 of my friends, one of which just got hers done a few days ago and another who has a consultation next month. Message me with any questions you have and I’ll be happy to answer. So thankful to Dr. Song and his entire office!
So far, so good! From beginning to end, Dr. Song and his team have been phenomenal. They took their time at my consult plus pre-op. I had totally prepared, did lots of research on the procedure, and had no irrational expectations. I chose to have a drainless tummy tuck because all the reading indicated the recovery was fast. Well, I am here to tell you that was the absolute truth. While I basically don't remember the actual surgery day, it was flawless and I woke up and started walking immediately. I had all my meds at home, but I was already so drowsy I didn't need the prescription Percoset. I slept in a recline position just like they asked. The most uncomfortable part were the compression garments. I would have chosen something different but they are the doctors. My 24 hour post op check up went very well. Everything looked in order and again, no pain to speak of. I took 2 Tylenol PMs that evening. Well after Wednesay 5/5 I didn't need pain pills at all, except to sleep becuase I am a side/stomach sleeper, and sleeping on my back is uncomfortable so I took more Tylenol PM, but nothing other than that. By day 5 post op I was walking on a treadmill for 30 minutes. I was off work for a full week and went back to work. Other than a little hunched over, again mostly from the garments, but no pain. No pain in my incision area or lipo areas. It hurts to sneeze or cough so AVOID those at all costs :-). I go Friday 5/21 to get whatever stitches are left out (most of them dissolved) and to clean up the dressings. I will update my review as I progress - I have a few pieces of advice. Updated on 25 May 2021: Yesterday 5/24 was my 3 week post-surgery follow up! It was great. While I see some swelling the doctor assured me it is totally normal. My scar will not have that little lumpy appearance. We disrupted the body's natural lymphatic process so it takes time to start again and work efficiently. Seeing as he mentioned the lymphatic process...I asked about lymphatic drainage massage therapy. He encouraged it and said I was okay to start that immediately. Everything is healing well, all my stitches dissolved and he didn't have to take any out. He gave me scar cream that I apply twice a day. I can RESUME all normal activities, including my strength training workouts. Obviously, stop or go easy when I need to. I have to continue wearing some form of compression gear, but can ditch the velcro abdominal binder. I can start sleeping normally to include on my side and belly (yahoo). I can swim in my pool and stand for hours on end in the lake. I have to go back at month 3 for follow-up. I am so happy I went with the drainless option. My few pieces of advice: get another compression garment in addition to the one your surgeon gives you. If they don't give you one buy 2..one to wear, one to wash. My surgeon included a high-waisted panty with hook/eye and zipper closure...but the crotch was also hook and eye closure. Not very comfortable let alone easy when you can't bend over. I would encourage a post-surgery compression garment that includes the abdomen but one with thigh support too. The thigh support is for any lipo they do. There are lots of options out there to include Spanx and Leonisa. I purchased one from Leonisa that is mid thigh/abdomen garment. It zips up with hook/eye closure BUT has an open gusset for when nature calls. There is no bending, zipping, hooking etc. Once you are in it you are in it until you get out of it at night. I have 3 more weeks of wearing my compression gear and can't wait. I will probably always wear my Spanx at work, just because they help my posture and kind of help with waist shaping. the worst part of my experience was the lipo. The actual tummy tuck was pain free for me...but lipo...ugh - sore inner legs NOT fun. other advice, dresses and easy clothing options. The easier the better. The last thing I wanted was people to see my binder and start asking questions. I normally wear dresses so it wasn't that much of a stretch for me, but going to the bathroom is just problematic so anything I could do to make that time easier I was all down for. I am attaching 2 pics from yesterday. I will do another follow up at week 6.
I had heard great things about Dr. Song. His staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I had saline implants that were 17 years old and after a baby, it was time for a revision. Dr. Song did great work and I am very happy with the results. 415cc.
Dr. Song is the most caring, kind and skilled surgeon I could have asked for! When I met with Dr. Song for the first time, he really took the time to listen to what I wanted and why, and made sure that I was fully aware of every decision I was making along the way. When first considering the procedure, I met with several surgeons, and none came close to Dr. Song's impeccable bedside manner. I felt so comfortable with him! The surgery was conducted on-site, meaning I didn't need to deal with a hospital. I'm a couple years post-op now, and I can confirm that this surgery was one of the best decisions I ever made, and I would choose Dr. Song every time. I have minimal scarring, I can wear the clothes I always wanted to wear, and most importantly: my lower back pain is GONE! His staff was wonderful from day one, between booking my consultation to holding my hand through the back-and-forth with my insurance company. I really felt that Dr. Song and everyone at his office had my best interest in mind, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kyle Song, his staff, and my surgery results. He and everyone in his office are top-notch! Dr. Kyle Song is professional, patient, kind, and down to earth. I felt comfortable and confident from the start of my consultation and all the way through post-surgery. Not one, but every single member of his staff is super personable, friendly, and goes the extra mile. They are AMAZING!
I am so pleased with Dr. Song's work! I had a full tummy tuck with an umbilical hernia repair (probably from three close-together pregnancies), and some liposuction of the flanks. I'm am really surprised at how much stronger I feel already (3wks post op). The incision is so clean and perfectly placed. (It's not showing in a one-piece or bikini bottoms)! Oh! And, NO DRAINS! Thank you, Dr. Song! Thank you for answering all my questions and for ensuring I'd be safe under anesthesia. Thank you for doing an incredible job! I am really thankful and very happy with the results. Knowing what I know about surgeons, I'm sure now you are the best! Will post more before and after pictures soon!
I had liposuction over 20 years ago and ended up very ripply, uneven and self conscious. I have contemplated going to get a revision but being a mom of 3 kids, having a busy life and not having a good experience my first time with lipo, timing just wasn’t right. I was introduced to Dr Kyle Song from a friend and made a consultation. From the very get-go his office treated me like family. I didn’t feel like it was a rushed, salesy, chop shop. I felt welcome and Dr Song was overly understanding of my concerns and really sympathized with my fears. Andie was extremely informative with the financial help. Sarah and the front office ladies were all dolls! So incredibly sweet and again, made me feel welcome. I called a couple of times with questions and Dr Song called me back right away. I was still torn on getting work done because of the guilt of spending money and just general fear so I again put off my apt. My dad passed away very suddenly the same day as my consult (I hadn’t known at the time) but after that, I decided that life was too short to wait on things we truly want. I watched as there were so many things he wanted to do and never got the chance :( I FINALLY decided I had to make my apt! I went to my pre-op and added a few areas of lipo. I decided to do under eye bleph along with brachioplasty and renuvion. My apt is was 2 weeks later. Dr Song and his staff did an excellent job preparing me with meds, information and answered all my questions. Day of surgery came quick and I was extremely nervous! The nurses in the surgery area (I feel so bad because I’m not sure of names but I believe one was Lisa) were incredible. We joked and they helped ease my mind. They had a hard time with my IV but stayed patient and informed me every step of the way in regards to what I was happening. Dr Weatherwax (Anesthesiologist) was awesome too! He was adorable with his little tyedied bandana and was very comforting and patient! I woke up feeling really good. Sore but no Nausea or dizziness, etc. Dr song called me later that afternoon to see how I was feeling and the next day I had a follow up apt. My bandages came off and all looked good. I struggled with some dehydration, weakness and dizzy spells as I was healing. I called dr song with my worries and again he eased my mind. I needed a new compression garment because of the added areas and Sarah and Andie helped me get that right away which was SO helpful! I am now 3 weeks out. I still have a lot of soreness, numbness, and am babying a open sore on my arm. This has been extremely emotional every step of the way because I waited so long and FINALLY did something for me! I am hoping to go back and get rhinoplasty next. Everyone that is interested in cosmetic surgery and has seen my results is begging for Dr Songs info so I hope many more people will get to benefit from him and his staff! His dad, Mark Song also works in the same office and is equally amazing! My work was a bigger job but I would see him for any work just as quick as Kyle. Overall, I feel extremely grateful that I was connected with this office. This is a big decision and one I didn’t take lightly. I have researched doing this for years. I highly recommend this office! I can’t wait to see my final results and still have a couple of worries but I know that Dr Song and his staff will help me every step of the way! They are like family and have blessed so many people tackle major insecurities! Don’t wait if you are on the fence! You won’t regret going with Dr Song!
Since college I can remember wanting a boob job but I always told myself if I ever had kids it would get messed up so I waited. Fast forward 20 years and 2 kids later and I was ready. I was a 32A my whole life and got up to a 32B-C when breastfeeding. Being able to wear a bra comfortably and not have it constantly riding up because I can’t fill it out has been life changing. It’s the small things but they go a long way. I can wear all of my same clothes but I look way better in them. Bra, bathing suit shopping and workout clothes have become fun! Updated on 24 Oct 2019:
An initial consultation will determine whether or not you would be a candidate for Cellfina. Each dimple will be evaluated for treatment. Our experience has shown that the majority of dimples may be treated.
Patient selection and very careful attention to detail are essential for best results. Our own experience in treating these areas has been excellent.
Cellfina is very effective for those embarrassing cellulite dimples on the thighs as well as on the buttocks. We have had great results with patients who have even had previous liposuction and mesotherapy. Attention to detail and careful procedure we believe are keys for best results.
After a single Cellfina treatment, you should begin to see results in as little as three days. In the largest clinical trial yet, the patient satisfaction rate was 85% at three months, 94% at one year, and 96% at two years!
You'll likely only need 1 Cellfina treatment. In a single treatment, we can release most, if not all, of the dimples causing cellulite on your buttocks and thighs. Although we don't have long-term data, results are stable for at least 2 years. See a BS plastic surgeon offering this treatment to see what type of results you could expect. Good luck!
