Is it possible to get smaller implants than 170cc in any circumference?

I am deciding between replacing my implants or just removing. 20 years ago my doctor gave me larger implants than I requested. Between 280cc-300cc My natural size is AAA. My new surgeon says there is no way to get an implant in the circumference that fits my body in a size less than 170cc. My hope is to have a small natural looking A cup. 125cc?? Is there really no way to get them smaller? In photos you will see I have already had current implants drained.

What a great question! There are smaller implants available . There might also be other options including fat transfer to the breast assuming you would be interested in liposuction (of one or more areas) and you are interested in having the fat transferred to your breasts and fully understand the risks, benefits, and alternatives of the procedure. In my opinion the best thing to do is discuss your goals and options with your board certified plastic surgeon.I hope this helps!

There are implants that are less than 170ccs, in both saline and silicone. Both types of implants do come in different diameters.    My advice would be to seek out a second opinion.  Make sure that you see a board certified plastic surgeon.

So it is possible.  I was actually curious who makes the smallest implant and from what I can tell the mentor memory shape implant is the smallest implant on the market,  120cc.  Granted,  there is not much indication for such a small implant, but you say you are very petite and this is the smallest implant. Hope this helps.   Best

Your surgeon is correct that this is a consideration, they are smaller implants and potentially beneficial if low profile implants are used which is best for smaller volumes.
