Do I need round 2 BBL or a lipo revision as there's not enough projection? (Photo)

A revision implies that scar tissue will make the surgery much more difficult on the surgeon.  Your PS is in a better position to address your question as he performed the initial BBL and knows exactly which areas of projection you are seeking. Three month staging seems reasonable.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination as your photo shows only one side of your buttocks. If you are considering a revision surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
