Thank-you for your query. You certainly seem to be a good candidate for a second session of Brazilian Buttock lift, although the amount of fat available is limited. The need seems to be more on the sides, rather that the back, and a careful planning of the procedure can be done preoperatively with your surgeon. There are different techniques that surgeons have used to improve fat survival. I often use a Waterjet liposuction technique to harvest fat, which is more pure than with other techniques. I also use an invasive radio frequency procedure ( Thermitight) to increase local circulation and further enhance the shaping of the Buttocks. Please discuss your concerns and the techniques used by your surgeon. All the best!

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Thank you for the information and photos you have provided. As you know also, sometimes fat can melt away even years after surgery, This is a natural process of the body, it has nothing to do with you or the surgeon.
We can gather fat from your belly, sides, and thighs. A second bbl is quite possible for you! Please don't forget the fack that the more fat you have the bigger butt you will have after the bbl. I don't think it would be realistic to say you can have a big, perky bum considering the fact that you don't have a lot of extra weight. An online consultation would help greatly to ease your mind!

First and foremost in order to make an assessment on the outcome of a cosmetic surgical procedure patients have to include before and after pictures. I know your concern is about how you look now but without knowing what you look like before we cannot decipher how the first procedure was done and without knowing that were severely limited unknowing what the potential improvement are from a second procedure.
Please contact the surgeon who did your first BBL and ask them to forward proper before and after pictures if you don’t have them if you have them always include them when asking for an assessment.
Based on your picture I am not all that impressed with your surgeons work. The S-curve I personally work hard to try to establish has completely been abandoned in your case. The transition from the upper part of your buttocks to your waist is square looking. Yesterday one of the nurses told me there’s an expression patients used for a certain BBL look called the sink. I literally think your outcome is what they were referring to. It’s when the buttocks is excessively large and does not have a round smooth continuous contour.
The contour should be in smooth continuous S-curve it from your knees to your shoulder. unfortunately many providers do liposuction of the outer thigh in order for the buttocks to look bigger but this destroys the natural curve that women should have. The transition of where the buttocks becomes bigger and the love handles become smaller is also incorrectly placed far too high in your case. it looks unnatural and to me clear evidence of someone who’s had cosmetic surgery and not very well done cosmetic surgery.
I’m sorry to be critical but I am hoping that you can recognize the difference and find a provider who can do far better work than your last doctor.
Delivering consistent high-quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe in this is true for both patients and plastic surgeons. Most plastic surgeons think they are better at liposuction than they actually are. Liposuction and fat transfer has more variance or difference in outcome purely based on who does the procedure than any other surgical procedure I’ve ever seen. Being board-certified in plastic surgery with an overall good reputation is not sufficient to guarantee that somebody has mastered body contouring with liposuction and fat transfer. Personally I view the torso as a single anatomic unit and either treated the entire torso or don’t do Liposuction. There are of course exceptions but for the most part I believe in treating the entire torso. A full torso includes upper abdomen, lower abdomen, love handles all the way down to the hip dips, waist, the entire back and under arm area all the way to the side of the breast. this leaves people with a natural thin fat distribution without transition zones between treated and entrteded areas. I’ve viewed the BBL as an enhancement to body contouring creating an ideal feminine S-curve that goes from the armpit to the knee. I did not emphasize a large buttocks with liposuction of the outer thigh creating a big round butt on the small leg which I sometimes called the “lollipop look”. I now know it’s also called “the sink” look Instead I emphasize long smooth harmonious curves creating a slightly hyper feminized balanced figure. To find the most talented and experienced provider in your community I suggest having multiple in person consultations. I do not recommend patients travel for elective surgical procedures and I recommend patients whenever possible avoid virtual consultations. During in person consultations ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures of BBL results. Always confirm that after pictures were taken at least three months from the time of surgery. anybody who shows early postoperative pictures such as pictures with patients still showing surgical drawings on them, being in the operating room or any evidence of recently having had surgery should be immediately discounted as showing “.fake news”. Early fat transfer results can look very impressive but do not at all represent final results. Ask the provider to show you examples of excellent outcomes, average outcomes and less than outcomes. Specifically ask each provider to show as many pictures as possible‘s of patients who have similar body characteristics to your own. An experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you a minimum of 50+ sets of before and after pictures. Simply seeing a handful of pre-selected sample pictures which in reality most likely represent the best results of that providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like for that provider. Highly experienced providers will have hundreds or even thousands of before and after pictures and should be willing to give you access during the consultation to see as many pictures as possible. If somebody claims to of done a lot of surgery but doesn’t have a lot of before and after pictures then you should ask yourself why? Do not commit to surgery or pay a down payment during the time of consultation until you’ve finished all your consultations and have given yourself plenty of time to think about your decision. The results from these procedures are permanent and irreversible. When in doubt slow down and schedule more consultations. Finally I recommend patients read all reviews on all various physician review websites avoiding providers for any significant number of justified negative reviews. The absence of justified negative reviews is more important and more telling and having an abundance of positive reviews. Plastic surgeons with the biggest social media profiles are not necessarily any more talented than those who have no websites at all. Famous or likable does not equal talented. Find the right plastic surgeon and everything falls into place.

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photos, I note that you demonstrate full hips and trochanteric fullness (the so-called "violin deformity"). There appears to be a degree of skin laxity of the buttocks and postero-lateral upper thighs. The buttocks appear excessively full superiorly on lateral view and lack lateral fullness on posterior view and appear to demonstrate a degree of sag.Your BMI is within a healthy range.This appears to represent a combination of both excess loose skin and fatty tissue accumulation.I feel that you may benefit from a lower posterior body lift to elevate the buttocks and lateral thighs with later liposuction of residual areas of fullness if still required (with fat transfer if desired). Hello, according to the photos you present, you have flaccidity in the buttocks, back and abdomen and due to age, not only the result of the body but also the skin should be improved so that the change is more consistent and satisfactory, for which I suggest a lipolaser and it would achieve more elastin and collagen in the skin and it would be more molded and the buttocks would be better corrected.
