Thank-you for your query. You certainly seem to be a good candidate for a second session of Brazilian Buttock lift, although the amount of fat available is limited. The need seems to be more on the sides, rather that the back, and a careful planning of the procedure can be done preoperatively with your surgeon. There are different techniques that surgeons have used to improve fat survival. I often use a Waterjet liposuction technique to harvest fat, which is more pure than with other techniques. I also use an invasive radio frequency procedure ( Thermitight) to increase local circulation and further enhance the shaping of the Buttocks. Please discuss your concerns and the techniques used by your surgeon. All the best!

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
