I'm around a 30a/32a. It's arranged that I'll be getting high profile silicone gel implants behind the muscle (incision at breast fold). I'm debating between 350 cc - 400cc. I think I'll mostly be happy with a "full C" cup. Do you know what range for my body type would be good for this? (350, 375, 400 cc?) Thank you! I also included photos.
Answer: A-C Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. Without having measured you in person, I can guess that because of your small -30/32"- ribcage, your bras will require less volume to achieve a "C" cup. The size of a cup with the same letter will increase as the band increases. Having said that, we cannot promise a cupsize as there is no standardisation for bra sizing between manufacturers. My patients find it helpful to try on sizers in office and determine what looks and feels the best on them. I recommend that you try on your Plastic Surgeon's recommendations and pick the one that suits you the best.Take care

Answer: 350cc implants for implants The best advice I would give you is to make sure that you try on implants of different sizes to make sure you are comfortable with the size. There is no uniform cup size; they vary for each bra manufacturer. My patients try on implants with our nurse during their pre-operative appointment with t shirt so they can visualize what they might look like after surgery. The most common sized implant in my practice is 350-400 cc for women wanting to be a full C cup. I wish you luck in your upcoming surgery!

Answer: A 350cc should make you a C cup Every implant looks different on different women. You have to take in your chest and breast measurements to determine your final look. Typically in a 30/32 chest a 350cc high profile implant should give you a full C look. Make sure you see a board certified Plastic Surgeon prior to any surgery. Remember, you want to get it right the first time.

Answer: 30/32A wanting "full C" cup. Is 350 cc big enough? Thank you for your question and photographs. Breast implant selection is an exciting, but stressful part of the breast augmentation process as there are so many choices. Unfortunately it is impossible to recommend the best implant style, size or shape without an in-person examination that allows for the measurement of key breast parameters, as well as permits an in-depth discussion as to your desired goals and outcome. I would recommend you voice your concerns with your surgeon, they are in the best position to ensure that the implants the two of your decide upon are the right ones to meet your expectations. It sounds as if it may be wise for you to "try on" several of the implants so that you can have a better visual representation as to what they would look like. Best wishes!

Answer: Choosing the Right Size Implant There are many factors to consider when choosing an implant such as your desired outcome, "breast footprint", lifestyle, skin condition and body type. I would suggest this simple at home method for "trying out" your two chosen implant sizes: measure out 350cc and 400cc of rice (1oz rice = 30cc breast volume) into ziplock baggies. First, wear the 350cc rice implants in your bra for a day, and then, the next day, wear the 400cc rice implants. This should help you to make a truly informed decision as to which size is right for you and your body.
