 I appreciate your concerns and frustrations and physical examination would be needed because you do have options. Micro liposuction may help reduce the bulky fat of your cheekbone region. However fat grafting of your lower eyelids would most likely need to be removed through small incisions. Hi and welcome to our forum!Liposuction of the malar eminences can be performed, but one must be use a small cannula, be extremely conservative and perform the procedure at the deep aspect of the fat pad to prevent irregularities at the skin surface. However, without photos, it is impossible to determine if improvement can be obtained. Facial reconstruction (type and extent unknown) may have resulted in underlying soft tissue scarring which may limit the result.Seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for in-person evaluation and discussion.
