I have one eye higher than the other, is there anyway to correct this? (photo)

I've noticed that one eye is higher than the other, this happens to be more prominent in photos, and is something I feel conscious about. Is there any thing I could do to help correct this asymmetry or any surgical procedures that could help. If it helps to know, i do wear glasses and my left eye is my weaker one.
