I've noticed that one eye is higher than the other, this happens to be more prominent in photos, and is something I feel conscious about. Is there any thing I could do to help correct this asymmetry or any surgical procedures that could help. If it helps to know, i do wear glasses and my left eye is my weaker one.

Spacer graft is used to elevate the lower eyelid, not the eyeball. It is placed inside the lower eyelid. However, spacer graft is not always necessary to raise the lower eyelid as I have published on this matter. Consultation is required to better help you.
