I have wide temples and eyes that are too close together making my head look huge and giving the appearance that my face is squished in. There is no space between my nose and eyes like normal width eyes have. What can be done to correct this problem or at least give the illusion of wider set eyes? They look much closer together in person than in picture

I am not if the ectropion will resolve but need to give it about 3 months. Do squinting eye exercises and massaging eyelid to hopefully help. If the ectropion remains, revision eyelid surgery is possible to restore the eyelid in normal position.
