What can be done about narrow set eyes? (Photo)

Question

I have wide temples and eyes that are too close together making my head look huge and giving the appearance that my face is squished in. There is no space between my nose and eyes like normal width eyes have. What can be done to correct this problem or at least give the illusion of wider set eyes? They look much closer together in person than in picture

Very difficult to evaluate your eyes and problem without proper consultation. There may be nonsurgical or surgical treatments avaialble.

It is of such poor quality, it is not helpful for understand what you need.  There is is just no alternative to a personal assessment.  I recommend caution in considering surgery on the epicanthal folds.  These procedures can put an obvious scar in a very visible location.  It is possible with a personal assessment to make a recommendation regarding surgery that will increase your satisfaction with the eyes but this needs to be a highly explicit conversation.
