Ive always had a large forehead and i do my best to hide it with my hair and get really insecure about it when its shown or exposed.

Grafts can be taken from the back of the head and transplanted to create a lower hairline. Male patients are not good candidates for forehead reduction surgery due to the risk of future hair loss and receding hairlines. You would have to have measurements of your facial thirds which can't really be appreciated from the photos that you have provided as well as a history and physical exam. Risks and benefits would be discussed along with all treatment options both medical and surgical.

You would have to be examined, determine where your hairline is presently and where it could be move to so that you always look normal.
