Big forehead, sloped nose and big chin/awkward jawline (Photo)

My forehead is really big and sloped. Am I a good candidate for hairline lowering? With a sloped nose, my nose bone is tilted as well. My ent doctor recommended my an operation to make it straight so i can breath more properly. Can both of these issues could be fixed together? My chin is really big and I have awkward jawline which also gives me awkward smile (I guess). My age is 22. I am looking for expert opinions also other possible recommendations appearance enhancement like high cheek bone

In order to lower your hairline, you could accomplish this through a hairline lowering procedure or via hair transplantation.  Each has its advantages.  You would need to come in for a consultation to start the process.
