Will 275cc give me a full B cup? (Photo)

Thank you for your question. Looking at your photos I would suggest doing a high profile silicone gel implant under the muscle. The high profile implant will allow your surgeon to use a smaller, slimmer in diameter implant to help achieve a better shape and larger breast. Moderate implants tend to be wide and projection to the side. Whereas the high profile implant projection goes forward and helps with the upper pole. I do think around a 275 cc implant will bring you close to a mid to full B. I would suggest speaking with your surgeon in detail about what your goals are. Best of luck to you.

Hi and thanks for your question. Based on your photos, you have not enough breast tissues to cover the implant. Because of this I recommend insertion of the breast implant under your muscle. I also recommend high profile round silicon implant to increase the breast projection with out increasing the breast diameter too much. Lastly there is asymetry between your breast maybe asymetric implant can be used for you or breast implant can be combined slightly fat injection. You need minimum 300 cc implant to get B cup breast volume.

A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to guide you to the correct size implant. Based upon measurements of your chest wall and breast imprint width should make this process easy. None of the modalities to approximate final results from breast implants are 100% accurate; they merely facilitate the patient and the board certified PS concurring on the size and type of breast implant which will come the closest to reaching the patient's goal.
During an office visit, my patients prefer to try on implant sizers under garments they typically wear (workout tops, bikini, tight sweater, low cut dress) to determine if they fit as expected and help allay some of their trepidation associated with this decision. I would recommend that you go with the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. A very general estimate is that one cup size is 150 to 200 cc of volume, but realize that no direct correlation exists between the two. It's unlikely that you will notice a difference in increments less than 100.

You should ask the doctor to try them on with a bra to see if youre happy with the result before getting into surgery. 275 to 300cc implants can be a good size for you, since you have a small frame.

Generally 125-150 cc equate to a cup size increase. The size you have mentioned will take you up a couple sizes on average. Bra manufacturers are all different so it's difficult to say an exact post op size. That amount of implant will make a noticeable difference but should not be huge on your frame. As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result.

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. In my office I would measure your chest, we would review photos together, and you would have an opportunity to try on the implant sizers in a surgical bra with several different tops, but my guess based on your photos and stats is that 275cc filled to 300cc will take you up to a B cup!

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Most likely this implant size will achieve your cup desires but the best advice would be to try on “sizers” in your surgeon’s office so that you can have a visual representation of what it looks like on your frame. Hope this helps.

I'd suggest using 3D imaging to help with implant sizing. You can submit photos and see exactly that you will look like with different implant volumes and profiles.
