If the doc who did my breast aug messed up and my breasts are asymmetrical, will he redo them, and would I have to pay? (Photo)

If they are still swollen and improving, you should wait until they have fully healed. Different surgeons have different policies on revision costs.

There are so many unknowns here which make it very difficult to really evaluate the results of your surgery. Other views, an in person exam, knowledge about the surgical technique, and pre-op dimensions are all important considerations. If you are unhappy with the end result of your breast augmentation, it's important to inform your plastic surgeon and share your concerns. With regard to who would handle the costs of the re-do, if in fact a revision is necessary, every doctor has his or her own protocol and policies. You don't mentioned how many time ago your surgery was performed. Maybe they can get another shape in a few months.You should wait, for at last, 6 to 8 months until you think in redoing your surgery.I suggest a year.

In the photo you share I do not see a problem. It would be great to know when surgery was done, more photos and some details of your surgery. As a general rule, most PS have a revision policy in their practice. Many times a patient is required to sign off on the policy so everyone is on the same page. Every plastic surgery practice has a plan in place for patients who are not satisfied with their results. Schedule an evaluation with your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns and determine how corrections can be made. Best wishes

It is common for most if not all women to have some degree of assymmetry of the breasts with or without implants.   These differences can be discussed before surgery as they usually exist after surgery as well.  Be sure to gollow up with your doctor to review pre op photos and measurements.  Most offices have a revision policy as well. Be sure to ask if you were not given one to review pre op.  Good luck!
