Not all surgeons drain breast pockets after explantation. You might be at slight increased risk of fluid accumulation.
Drains are sometimes used after implant removal to help collect healing fluids and prevent seroma formation. If a seroma develops your surgeon can aspirate it in the the office. Sometimes multiple aspirations are needed. If the seroma persists another drain may be placed or it may even be surgically addressed. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
If it was a simple implant removal without manipulation of the capsules a drain usually is not needed in my experience. There may be a bit of fluid after but this eventually gets reabsorbed.
