I have this bump (not bone because it is not in the bridge) and I wonder what it is. It is kinda soft and you can push it. My rhinoplasty was over a year ago so the swelling is down
Answer: Rhinoplasty It’s either just the shape of your cartilage or it could be a cartilage graft. It’s worth finding out from your surgeon if you had a cartilage graft placed there

You need a revision rhinoplasty surgery to fix this bump. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!

Your surgeon will be the best person to identify what this is. There are many possible causes of a residual bump following rhinoplasty. It could be scar tissue, a piece of cartilage or a cartilage graft. I would recommend seeing your surgeon to get a more definitive answer as to what this is. Good luck!

Answer: Scar after rhinoplasty Only on the basis of in person examination it can be decided what kind of bump that is. It may, most likely, be a deep scar or irregularities of soft tissue underneat; possibly bone dust surrounded with scar, cartilage? Evaluation by your surgeon would be the best starting point. Injection of corticosteroid may help to soften and diminish the bulk of lesion. Good luck.
