Would a closed rhinoplasty help target large tip and uneven nostrils? Goal is a more defined and feminine look (photos)

Based on the fact that most of the changes are in the tip and nose base, my option would be open rhinoplasty (we do both) for better accuracy. However, that is decision that you should leave to your surgeon; it is expertise of the surgeon not a technicue, that counts. Recovery, in both cases, should not be significantly different. Good luck.
