My nose tip is more swollen than ever 8 months after rhinoplasty - what can be done? (Photo)

I got a rhinoplasty more then 8 months ago and I feel like my nose is still very swollen. I know it can take up to a year for the swelling to go back to normal but I feel like my nose Is more swollen right now then it was on month 5. It has been getting worse. The tip of my nose is more swollen then ever. I don’t know what to do.
