Hi I am 18 and I have a crooked nose with a hump since childhood and it has made me insecure for almost half of my life.My nose bridge is as wide as my nose tip,I want a nose bridge which is symmetrical and narrower than my nose tip, I also want my nose tip to be more defined and less bulbous Is it possible to achieve results similar to the last picture?(not the exact nose)l really like these types of noses,will it suit my face?If not then what type of results should I expect

Hello and thank you for the question. Yes, a rhinoplasty can accomplish the goals you have outlined. The one limiting factor would be the thickness of your nasal skin. The thicker your skin, the more difficult it is to make the tip more defined. I would recommend in person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to determine if your goals are realistic.

Based on your photographs, you do have a deviated and asymmetric nasal bridge, bulbous tip, and a hump on the nasal bridge.  All of these concerns can be addressed during rhinoplasty surgery, creating a more refined and proportioned nose.  What is achievable in your specific case would require assessment of the nasal skin and soft tissues, nasal bones, and cartilage.  I would recommend consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon with significant experience in rhinoplasty.

Yes, these results are possible with rhinoplasty. I believe you are a good candidate based off what I can see in your photos. It will be up to you and your specific surgeon to discuss the details of the surgery and what he/she can do with their skillset. You should look into a surgeon who is facial plastics trained. Also let them know if there are any issues with breathing. Find a surgeon who has a lot of before and afters that are consistent with the changes you are looking for.

I hope this message finds you well. I understand your concerns about having a bulbous and asymmetrical nose and tip with a deviation of your nose to the right with a boxy nasal tip. You may want to consider a preservation rhinoplasty / asian rhinoplasty procedure with an osteotomy and readjustment of your lower lateral cartilages so as to give you a more defined and narrow appearance. Although an image is a great starting point , I would recommend a video consultation / in person consultation with a board certified Aesthetic Plastic surgeon to take this forward and thoroughly answer your query.

A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish straightening Your nose, shaving down the dorsal hump, and reducing the bulbous nasal tip. Thick skin in the tip of the nose is going to prevent refinement in that area regarding that issue. When the nose is significantly crooked like this, there is a  high likelihood that you may have a deviated nasal septum creating airflow restriction on the inside of the nose. A septoplasty is performed to improve air flow from the deviated septum, while while a cosmetic rhinoplasty can straighten the nose. With closed rhinoplasty, all incisions are placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required and no painful packing is required either.

From your photos, I note that your nose is relatively midline and slightly broadened, you appear to demonstrate a high nasal bridge with a moderate sized hump. You demonstrate a nasal tip droop with retraction of the lower columella. The nasal tip is broad and amorphous. In the photos, the overlying skin appears relatively normal.
A rhinoplasty will lower and narrow the bridge (eliminating the hump), eliminate any crookedness, remove cartilage segments to narrow and add definition to the tip, rotate the nasal tip upward, and fill the columella. You may require cartilage grafting for tip support.
Thicker skin may limit the effectiveness of the procedure, but most patients still feel it was definitely worthwhile.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
