I hope this message finds you well. I understand your concerns about having a bulbous and asymmetrical nose and tip with a deviation of your nose to the right with a boxy nasal tip. You may want to consider a preservation rhinoplasty / asian rhinoplasty procedure with an osteotomy and readjustment of your lower lateral cartilages so as to give you a more defined and narrow appearance. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish straightening Your nose, shaving down the dorsal hump, and reducing the bulbous nasal tip. Thick skin in the tip of the nose is going to prevent refinement in that area regarding that issue. When the nose is significantly crooked like this, there is a high likelihood that you may have a deviated nasal septum creating airflow restriction on the inside of the nose. A septoplasty is performed to improve air flow from the deviated septum, while while a cosmetic rhinoplasty can straighten the nose. With closed rhinoplasty, all incisions are placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required and no painful packing is required either.

From your photos, I note that your nose is relatively midline and slightly broadened, you appear to demonstrate a high nasal bridge with a moderate sized hump. You demonstrate a nasal tip droop with retraction of the lower columella. The nasal tip is broad and amorphous. In the photos, the overlying skin appears relatively normal.
A rhinoplasty will lower and narrow the bridge (eliminating the hump), eliminate any crookedness, remove cartilage segments to narrow and add definition to the tip, rotate the nasal tip upward, and fill the columella. You may require cartilage grafting for tip support.
Thicker skin may limit the effectiveness of the procedure, but most patients still feel it was definitely worthwhile.
