I’m 40 years old and starting to look my age. Would a mini facelift be the best option for me to look younger? What other options should I consider for a more youthful appearance?

You have definite relaxation if your tissues around the mouth.  The best option for a natural appearance is a minilift that addresses the midface which means the deeper layers (SMAS) must be released and lofted.  Simply dragging the tissues up with stitches or threads will only give a very temporary result.
