Is my chin implant making my lips smaller?

I got a chin implant, neck lipo, and a platysmaplasty about 6 months ago and i have noticed my lips getting progressively more shrunken and almost shriveled looking. The corners of my mouth appear to be pulled down like a perma-frown and there are now deep frown lines. Why is this happening and will it get better with time? What can I do? It's really really distressing, this is my first cosmetic procedure and I was so scared I would mess up my face and I'm starting to worry I did

A few possibilities: 
Unfortunately, corner, upper and lower lip droop (or ptôsis) along with atrophy are normal signs of aging. You may have exhibited some of these signs prior to your surgery; whether the surgery exaggerated  theses age-related changes or just simply brought them to your attention is best answered by your original surgeon. However, what you may be noticing is that you lower lip is getting pushed upwards against your lower teeth. it is important to realise that a properly placed chin implant raises and supports the lower lip. So if your lip was hanging forward before the chin implant (most cases) it will now be pushed inward and upward by the implant which will make it appear smaller and less protruding from both the front and side view, respectively.

I’m not sure what you’re expecting as a response to your post.
 Surgical intervention is going to create change and there are inherently some side effects and not all outcomes are ideal.
Without including proper before and after pictures we can’t make an assessment.
Most likely your options are to accept the outcome or consider having the implant removed.
Follow up with your provider reschedule in person for second opinion consultations.
For a second opinion consultations patients should come prepared bringing with them copies of all before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report.
 These are all available from your surgeons office if you request them.
