Chin implant removal after 5 years. If there is loose skin, is there a way to fix that?

Hello, hope you are well. You won't know until the implant is removed, but it is unlikely that your skin would be so stretched that that it would lose its elastic properties and not conform to the underlying structure. If there is laxity or 'loose skin', there are procedures that are generally straightforward and low risk that would help to compensate. Radiofrequency treatment of the skin for example can help to tighten the soft tissues of the lower face and neck. Best of luck!

Removing your chin implant will most likely simply restore your face to the way it was prior to augmentation.
It’s unlikely your skin is stretched from having a chin implant unless the implant was very large.
At 26 years of age do you still have a good skin elasticities and should not experience a significant amount of skin laxity from explantation.
If you weren’t happy with the implant perhaps you should’ve considered having it removed a little earlier.
Regardless, it sounds like you don’t want your shit and plan so your best option is probably to have it removed.
There are always risks of undesirable outcomes with every surgical procedure.
This includes both placing the implant and having it removed.
There is no guarantee in life and the same is true for cosmetic surgery.
Focus on finding the most experienced and talented providers and put faith in their judgment to help you make decision.
Most people expect ideal outcomes but in reality the majority of patients who have cosmetic surgery will have some undesirable side effects of the procedure.
Having outcomes be textbook perfect is the exception not the norm.
Different people experience having surgical procedures differently.
The final decision will eventually be yours.
