Generally speaking removal of chin implants is very straightforward and low risk.
There may be some underlying very subtle changes from your baseline pre-implant appearance from scar tissue, all erosion and stretching of tissues if the implant has been in place for a long period of time.
Most likely you should expect to simply revert to pre-augmentation appearance with minimal issues.
This is especially true for solid silicone implants. Medpore implants which allowed ingrowth of tissue are a little more complicated to remove.
