I am on my 2nd chin implant. The 1st procedure turned out too large and squares. I found another surgeon to remove it and replace with smaller and it is too square as well and changed my face and smile. I am not happy with the result. At this point I just want to have the implant removed. What are the complications? Will my face tissue be stretched out? Any advice is very appreciated I am just so upset at this point!
