What are my options to correct asymmetry and lazy eye? (photos)

I’m 22 years old, i have astigmatism and a -3 vision. I have always had asymmetric eyes where my lazy eye (left) was always bigger, but in the last few years i think it grew a lot more where it became very noticible. I’m very worried and insecure about it is there anything i can do to fix it?

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos you have rounded eyes and one of your eye is more slanted the other one. Also your eye corners are very downward. For get rid of this rounded image, improving the symmetry and more upward looking I recommend you cat eye procedure. Please keep in mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable in any case. You have microptosis of the right upper lid which makes your eyelids look asymmetric. This can be improved by raising the eyelid. This usually has a compensatory brow lift on the side of the ptosis. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area to discuss your options.
