Hello, I have a bulbous nose but I like the tip for the most part. I like my nose in general it's just my nostrils that make my nose look bigger and it doesn't look right on me because I have a smaller mouth. I don't want to touch my tip just reduce the nostril width/ get them even. Would I be a good candidate for alarplasty?
