I have a low nose bridge and a hanging ala. I've edited my nose to have a higher nosebridge, but my skills are not enough to edit the hanging ala. First pic is my current nose, second one the edit with a higher nosebridge. I've attached two other noses which, IMO, have much more aesthetic alar collumellar relationship than mine. Can an alarplasty lift my ala to such degree, or is it unrealistic? Most results I've seen barely lifted the ala, at least not to such degree.
