Looking to get 1 side of nostril fixed - Alarplasty? (Photo)

Hello! I’ve been looking to get one side of my nostril fixed. Right now one side of my nostrils is higher up, which makes it look crooked and uneven. the other nostril looks fine. I was looking into something in office to help this and saw that alarplasty can be done in office. Would alarplasty be possible/best for my circumstance? Is there another procedure similar that can be done in office that would help? I want to stay away from nose filler

There are 3 versions of what is meant by "higher".
1-Higher attachment of the nostril to the face.
2-Higher height and alar groove to that nostril.
3-Higher rim to that nostril.
The last two are much easier to correct than the first!
In any case, the surgical correction should be performed in a SurgiCenter or Hospital and not in an Office setting.

I have done many aiarplasties but never just one side. Your asymmetry is unlikely to be fixed and it’s not that bad anyway. A one sided alarplasty is a recipe for dissatisfaction

Although mild improvement in asymmetry is possible you cannot achieve a perfect symmetry.
Alarplasty is a very fine and quick procedure that can narrow the nostrils and reduce the flare to soften the appearance. It has other names as well like ‘Weir Excisions’ or ‘Nostril Reduction’. However, it is important to note that asymmetry of nostrils is common and cannot be corrected with alarplasty. Visit the alarplasty website to learn all about it.
