Can an alarplasty or tip plasty be done under local anesthesia? Wide nose with no curves (photos)

bmh4796
Hello I’m in my early 40’s AND am tired of contouring to make my nose appear more slim. There is no pinch at all. It’s just a wide nose with no curves. Problem: I had 5 ten pound babies over the years and breastfed all of them for 2 yrs each. Since I’m only 5’4” and 120lbs, I needed an umbilical hernia repair. I had that done in February along with the smallest implants on the market. So i really can’t spend too much on my nose/hoping I only need alar or tip plasty/ local anesthesia.
