I can’t decide between 400 cc and 425 cc? Help me
Answer: Go with 400s As the other surgeons have stated, there is a very minimal difference between 400cc and 425cc implants. The most important factor will be choosing an implant with the correct base width and profile to fit your body and desired breast size. With all that being said, it seems you are struggling to choose between those two sizes so I would encourage you to go with the smaller size. You appear to have a petite frame and be in very good shape. However, this means you don't have a lot of overlying soft tissue to accommodate the implant. The weight of larger implants tend to stretch out your tissues more over time and cause a greater number of issues down the line. So I'd say go with the 400s and enjoy your new look!

Answer: Cant decide on implant size Truthfully, i do not believe the average patient is adequately informed to make a decision as to exact implant volume required to achieve their desired goal. It takes a great deal of experience to be able to choose implant volume to produce the desired result in a given patient. Regardless, 25 cc will not make a noticable difference either way. You do have very modest tissue coverage, and should not have too large an implant. Choose a good surgeon, let them know your desired look, and trust them to choose the corrrect size.

Answer: Sizing Hello there You can relax .The difference between 400 and 425cc is almost imperceptible so no need to stress about it .It's about the same as the contents of a flat dessert spoon . So it would be very hard to tell one form the other .The photo you provided isn't the best but I get the impression there is not a lot of you there to hide the implants . Generally smaller sizes work better in this circumstance . Otherwise the borders of the implant are easy to feel or even see .CheersTS

Answer: Choosing breast implant size The difference between 400 and 425 cc is very minimal in the appearance of your breasts. Often an imaging system like Vectra can simulate breast augmentation surgery to demonstrate different implant sizes. It is best to discuss this with your chosen board certified plastic surgeon in consultation for the ultimate decision on the implant size. Best of luck.

Answer: Choosing between 400 cc and 425 cc implants. The difference in a 400 cc implants and 425 cc implant is very, very little. I usually have my patients choose the larger of the two as most of my patients say that they wish they had gone a little bigger. Sharing your concerns with your Plastic surgeon before your surgery will help you make a final decision. Good luck.

Answer: Best breast implants for me? Online consultants will not be able to provide you with specific enough advice to be truly helpful. My best advice: more communication. It is definitely worth spending more time (prior to the date of surgery) with your plastic surgeon to discuss further. As you know, it will be important for many reasons, that you feel comfortable that you and your plastic surgeon are on the "same page" prior to proceeding. Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, in bra sizers, and computer imaging) as well as careful measurements (dimensional planning) will be critical. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example, I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "C or D cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers. I hope this helps. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with.
