I had a bbl and Liposuction done 2 years ago. My compression garment ( from sitting down ) caused a line to form cross my lower abdomen. It created a belly pouch. That section of my stomach never flattened out. You could see the pouch and line under clothes. Now that I’ve had a baby, it made the pouch worse. I started a work out plan and I am aiming for 21% body fat. Right now I am at 31.3% body fat. After my weight loss, will this pouch still be there? Will I still need surgery after?

Answer: Weight Loss and Abdominal Contouring It is difficult to say how things will shape up when you do lose the weight. You may be fine with revision liposuction or you might need the excess skin in the lower abdomen removed, hence a tummy tuck.Once you have reached your goal I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.Hope that helps.

Answer: Pouch Dear baslan818. it is hard to tell for sure, will your pouch disappear once you lose weight. If it doesn't, you might need a surgery (liposuction or tummy tuck) in order to achieve flat abdomen. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
