I am coming down with Influenza and got Dysport injections yesterday. Today, I rested my forehead on my thumb applying a good amount of pressure because I feel so crappy. Its about 23 hours later. Should I worry about migration of the dysport?

Answer: Not to Worry You should have nothing to worry about if it is has been 23 hours post injection. At this point the Dysport should not migrate from where it was placed. Best of luck, and hope you feel better!

Answer: You should have nothing to worry about. Dysport®, BOTOX® and similar injectables take just a few hours to reach their intended position, so it’s highly unlikely that you’d have done any damage with a facial massage almost a full day later. Don’t worry about your Dysport® results – concentrate on recovering from your illness and doing what you can to make yourself feel better. I wish you a speedy recovery! Remember though, if you’re concerned about the results after about a week, contact your cosmetic surgeon’s office for more specific advice.
