23 hours after dysport, facial massage?

Migration of neuromodulators is unusual 23 hours later and massage should not displace it. Speak with your injector if you are still concerned. 

I do not believe that the pressure you placed on your forehead with your thumbs 23 hours after your Dysport treatment will affect your results.  I doubt there will be any migration.  

As long as the Dysport was properly administered, you should not have much to worry about as the Dysport should be bonded by this point.  As a general precaution, I usually recommend my patients refrain from any extra activity for 4 hours following Dysport injections and avoid strenuous activity for at least 24 hours. Applying a bit of pressure by resting your forehead on your thumb should not effect your treatment.

You should have nothing to worry about if it is has been 23 hours post injection.  At this point the Dysport should not migrate from where it was placed. Best of luck, and hope you feel better!

so these products tend not to migrate from where they are placed. I don't believe massaging the area has any role in their migration either. Many studies have show that these drugs have little effect outside their injection zone although disport tends to act around 1.5cm around the injection point whereas both acts around 0.5 cm outside the injection point. Hope that helpsAdam Goodwin

Dysport and Botox both work by blocking the nerve from allowing a muscle to contract. The medication after a few hours has reached its position and will not migrate at that point.
