In this case, for this type of body in order to achieve your desired results you'd need a Liposuction of the back, upper third of the arm and inner thighs, abdomen and armpits. You are a great candidate for 360 liposuction and BBL. You could have fat removed from your abdomen waist and back and place some of it it in your butt to make your hips wider and give your butt more projection and cuff. Is this what you're looking for?

Hello, The first step would be to evaluate yourself and understand that not all bodies are the same and that there are different shapes of glutes which can be improved with surgery, but they will not always be in the ideal shape because this depends a lot on the shape they have.

Look at how plastic surgeons take before and after pictures to get an idea of how we make assessments for plastic surgery procedures.
To get an idea of what results are likely to look like I suggest having multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients, who had similar body characteristics to your own. Bring pictures of your body to consultations to use as reference. Before understanding what the procedure can, or cannot accomplish. We need to start by making an accurate assessment. This is best done through in person consultation. And experience plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. Delivering consistent quality, liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons who truly mastered this procedure are in a small minority. There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider. Considering how inconsistent the results are for both liposuction and fat transfer I suggest patient start the process by having at least five in person consultations. I do not recommend patient travel long distances and avoid virtual consultations whenever possible.
