What can I do to correct midface deficiency?

I want to bring my mouth/smile and cheekbones out more. I think I need to get upper jaw advancement but for a short term and cheaper solution can I get cheek fillers to help with my drooping cheeks?

Symmetry, volume and contouring of the face can be improved with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Ultimately, an examination or photographs of you would be needed to determine what treatment options might be best for you.  Fillers are commonly used to help replace lost volume in the mid face.  This treatment can sometimes bring some lifting of the skin below as well.

Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, silastic facial implants (cheek, chin or lip implants), liposuction and/or facelifts for over 30 years.  Non smiling photos of your face from the front or side would help in the evaluation.  
 Following my beauty principles, women look the most feminine, youthful and attractive with heart shaped faces.  Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round in the front.  Cheek augmentation with a dermal filler or using cheek implants for a permanent enhancement will create full, round cheeks that will feminize the entire face.  Conversely, men look chiseled and handsome with angularity in the cheek, chin and mandibular angles.Hope this helps.
