Crease doesn’t glide inwards forms multiple lines, ptosis surgery did not help. How can this be fixed? (Photo)

This all started after 7 months of chronic use of sunscreen that used to cause redness every single day. I thought it’s normal cause it’s a popular sunscreen it’s not gonna do anything . By after 7,8 months my eyelid crease won’t glide inwards, forms multiple lines. When I look upwards and when I have to look down it feels stuck. It’s been 8 months since I stopped using that sunscreen my eyelid inflammation is healed now but this crease problem is still same won’t glide inward. Doctor did ptsosis Surgery saying that it’s dropped it’s been 5 months since the surgery but the condition Is still same. It means it was never ptsosis. Now I realise the heaviness I felt was due to restricted crease glide. What can be done now??
