If the wrinkle you're talking about occurs when you are animating your face (ie. furrowing your eyebrows or raising them), then yes there's a good chance some toxin (Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Jeaveau, etc) will help temporarily address the problem (3-6 months).

Botox in the forehead can allow the tissue above this wrinkle to relax and worsen the wrinkle. The motion of the procerus muscle is to pull upward from the root of the nose and downward from the forehead. If Botox is used to treat the upper portion of the procerus alone, then it may help with the wrinkle. However, the Botox can spread to the frontalis muscle which would do the opposite. It could also spread to the lower portion of the procerus which would also oppose the desired outcome. The most reliable method would be to avoid treating the forehead and procerus with Botox. Treating the corrugator muscles would be safe since that will not worsen the horizontal wrinkle and will minimize vertical wrinkles.
