Is it safe to top up with Bocouture brand when I have Botox in my forehead already?

Hi there I recently had my regular Botox treatment. It wasn’t enough as I still have a faint line showing after 3 weeks. I need a top up but my usual clinic doesn’t have an appointment for a while, and I need it soon before my trip. I found another clinic near me but they use Bocouture only. Is it safe to top up with Bocouture brand when I have Botox in my forehead already?

It is safe to use two different cosmetic neuromodulators in the same treatment area.  Be aware that each is designed a little differently, so be sure to ask any questions of your injector.

Bocouture (botulinum toxin type A) is another brand of botulinum toxin similar to Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA), and both are used for cosmetic purposes, including the treatment of facial lines.

Switching between different brands of botulinum toxin is generally considered safe, as long as the treatment is administered by a qualified and experienced practitioner.
