Hi doctors! I have fillers in the apples of my cheeks, smile lines, marionette folds, but while smiling I have 1 big crease/bulging skin on the left side of my face, the side I DO NOT sleep on, while the side I do sleep on is wrinkle/crease free. What is due to this deep crease/depression? And how to solve it?

the  answer to your  question would be found in a preinjection picture of you smiling. I suspect that the visible nasolabial fold filler is exaggerating a preexisting hollow in the left cheek. The answer if so would be to dissolve the filler
