I have long been bothered by my asymmetrical cheek muscles. One cheek has a dimple/long crease and the other does not. I wold like my cheeks to match--either by both having a creed or both having no crease. The dimpleplasty procedures I have viewed make small, hole-like, dimples rather than long line creases like I have. The subcision procedures I have viewed are done for cellulite or scars; not getting rid of dimples/creases. Please don't tell me to get filler because this issue is dynamic.

The decision as to which type of injection technique to use when injecting a filler is based upon the preference of the physician performing the procedure. I think the same result can be obtained with fanning versus cross hatching. They are just different methods of depositing the filler.
