Chin too long and lip incompetence after sliding genioplasty. Revision or reversal possible? (photos)

I had a sliding genioplasty over a year ago with iliac bone (ouch + scar). However, we discussed a medium movement, and now my chin seems long and unproportional. What are my further options here? I also have lower lip incompetence. Probably because the tissue/muscle can’t accommodate the stretch. Original surgeon (plastic surgeon) says he sees no issue.
