What can I do to remove the extra fold on my eyelid? Is Botox an option? 47 y/o (photo)

I m 47 and need help with my eye lids. I was told i dont need upper bleph because there is no enough lid to remove. What else i can do to remove that extra fold on my lid? Will botox work?

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photos your one eye is more slanted than the other one. For improve the symmetry between your eyes I suggest you cat eye procedure for the rounded eye. Please keep in mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable in any case. Best Regards!
