Looking to get rid of eye asymmetry with a permanent solution

I’m a 22 year old male having noticeable eye and eyebrow asymmetry. I wanted to know if it is possible to fix such asymmetry permanently through surgery and if it is possible to do so in one sitting or will I have to get 2 procedures done.
