My right eye has looked larger than my left eye my entire life. I think the inner upper eyelid is more sunken on my right eye. My lower lid is also lower on my right eye. Would a fat transfer or filler to my right upper eyelid help with symmetry? Would blepharoplasty help with symmetry or is there a different procedure I should consider?
