Pelleve for lines under eyes on darker skin tones?

Question

I am not happy with the lines under my eyes and want them gone if possible. No crows feet just under eye lines. I am interested in a treatment that's not invasive if possible. Would topicals such as Retin A, vitamin C serums etc., work st this point?? I am researching Pelleve for my eyes, but not sure if this would be a good idea for my complexion. Would there be an issue with discoloration if I resort to Pelleve? Would this procedure be safe for me and give me the results I want?

pelleve can improve the fine lines and the texture of the skin around the eyes, and it can do this without stimulating post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (what you are worried about with your darker skin tone) 
topical treatments such as vitamin A and C are totally complementary to pelleve - they work from the outside in, while pelleve works from the inside out.

With your skin color, Pelleve is a very good choice. It does not affect the color the skin and it is safe.  You might need 5-6 sessions to achieve the desired result.  There are  protocols for pelleve applications, some are more aggressive than others.  Make sure the treatment is given by Doctor well qualified in different techniques.

I have seen a great improvement of the fine lines around the eyes as well as a firming and lifting effect on the eyelids with an overall impressive rejuvenating effect of the entire area with the Pelleve` treatment.

As a relatively young woman with minimal skin changes, you would be an excellent candidate for Pelleve, a radiofrequency (RF) treatment that requires 3-4 sessions 2-4 weeks apart, and needs to be repeated ~ every 1-2 years.
