I was told that there is a process called "fluffing" which occurs after a Brazilian Butt lift. I was told the butt gets bigger and "fluffs". Personally I don't see how it is medically possible. Is this true?

Answer: Fluffing after BBL Thank you for your question. There is no such thing as "fluffing" after a BBL. The buttock area may be hard initially after the surgery, but when swelling subsides, it becomes softer. As the swelling decreases, areas around the waist often appear smaller, and some of the fat grafted in the buttocks will be reabsorbed to the body.
