Can I massage the vermilion border to soften Juvederm?

I had juvederm volbella approximately 3 weeks ago. the filler was injected in the vermilion border. I feel It is giving a "duck look" slightly on the top lip. the borders are also quite hard and still feel stiff. should I massage the borders. I can also feel a couple of small lumps in my bottom lip. thanks
